Updated Visitor Policy
To improve security within our office building, the company has updated its visitor policy, effective September 1.
All visitors must register at the reception desk upon arrival and wear a visitor badge at all times. (1) Employees who are expecting visitors should notify the reception staff in advance.
Visitors are permitted to access only designated areas of the building. (2) Employees are responsible for accompanying their guests during their stay.
Please note that visitors are not allowed to enter restricted workspaces. (3) Failure to comply with this policy may result in the visitor being asked to leave the premises.
