Subject: Change to Customer Support Hours

Dear Customers,

Thank you for contacting BrightWave Electronics. We would like to inform you of a temporary change to our customer support hours.

Starting July 1, our phone support will be available from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Previously, support hours extended until 8:00 p.m. This adjustment is being made to allow our support staff additional time for training and system upgrades.

Please note that email and live chat support will continue to be available 24 hours a day, and response times are not expected to be affected. We recommend using these channels if you require assistance outside of phone support hours.
